Integrated CAD/CAM, ERP and inventory-
management software

Mass.) touted its Total Production Optimi-
zation (TPO) software solution, designed
to integrate computer-aided design and
manufacturing (CAD/CAM) with en-
terprise resource planning (ERP) and
inventory-management software. The
new suite of digital tools enables the user
to automatically consider all production
process factors at one time, including

lines for prepregging incorporate a sophisticated means of measuring both
dry fabric weight and fnal prepreg weight. Expected to help prepreggers main-
tain far greater quality control and meet tighter specifcations for customer
prepregs, the Li3000 features new resin mixing and delivery systems that
constantly monitor mix ratios, gauge the
quantity of resin applied to the web and
the resin's viscosity via a digitally con-
trolled closed system, managed from
a single touch panel. Fresh mixing of
resin is triggered when the set viscos-
ity threshold is reached. Mikrosam says
